Hall Rental

We are pleased to offer our hall for rental, perfect for events such as weddings, parties, and conferences. Below are the details for both members and non-members:

For Members:

• Rental Fee:
• $350 for up to 50 guests
• $500 for 51 to 120 guests
  As a valued member, you enjoy a reduced rental rate to help make your event more affordable.
• Bartender Fee: 10% of the rental fee total
  Our skilled bartenders will ensure your guests enjoy a wide selection of beverages. The fee is based on actual sales during your event.
• Cleaning Fee: $100
  This fee covers the necessary cleaning services following your event, ensuring the venue is maintained in excellent condition.

For Non-Members:

• Rental Fee:
• $450 for up to 50 guests
• $600 for 51 to 120 guests
  Non-members can still enjoy the use of our hall at a standard rate.
• Bartender Fee: 15% of the rental fee total
  The bartender fee for non-members reflects the additional services provided. It is calculated based on the final bar tab.
• Cleaning Fee: $100
  Similar to our member policy, this fee guarantees a clean space ready for your event and prepared for the next.

Additional Information:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total rental fee. Please note that this fee will not be returned if the event is canceled.
• Please note that we do not supply meals or supplies. All necessary items, including aluminum trays, sterno warmers, utensils, plates, and more, must be provided by you. An additional fee will apply should we need to supply these items. Thank you for your understanding.

Rental Duration:

• The hall rental is for up to 4 hours and does not include setup time.
• Additional Time: Each additional hour is available for $75.

Drink Policy:

For events held at our venue, please note the following guidelines regarding beverages:

• All alcoholic drinks must be purchased at the bar. You can choose between a cash bar or an open bar for your event.
• Currently, soft drinks such as sodas and waters may be brought in by guests. However, please be aware that this policy is subject to change.
